Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in procurement services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, and driving sales of our inventory of used IT, mobile, and other products. You will play a key role in presenting the advantages of partnering with us, negotiating deals, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Initiate lead generation efforts through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients. Provide exceptional customer service and detailed information about our procurement services.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our inventory, enabling effective communication of the value and benefits of our products to clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting the advantages of partnering with us, emphasizing cost savings and sustainable practices.
Quoting and Negotiation: Provide clients with accurate quotes, engage in price negotiations, and successfully close procurement deals, meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to results.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies effectively.
CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, client interactions, and sales opportunities.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure products are collected according to the established processes.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the procurement of IT and mobile products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics.
