Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Proposal Writers, guiding them through pre-sales activities.
Collaborate with senior management on proposal strategies and objectives.
Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) meticulously.
Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities, coordinating with contributors, and ensuring proposal quality.
Develop compelling proposals, assemble necessary information, and ensure adherence to standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposals.
Maintain proposal-writing standards and databases to ensure quality results.
Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in pre-sales.
Proficiency in delivering high-quality documentation with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and deal closure.
Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, B2B Sales Tools, etc.
