Job Description:
HopeQure is hiring 3 dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Business Development Managers to join our team in Noida, Mumbai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with CXOs and HR professionals at leading organizations to provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). This role involves achieving planned sales goals, expanding the existing client portfolio, and identifying business growth opportunities through sales outreach, cold-calling, lead generation, and effective account management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with CXOs and HR professionals to promote and sell Employee Assistance Programs.
Achieve planned sales goals and expand the existing client portfolio.
Identify and initiate business growth opportunities through sales outreach, cold-calling, and lead generation.
Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and manage channel partner networks, and relationships with insurance companies, and international partners.
Identify alliance and partnership opportunities to expand business in India and overseas.
Execute effective promotion and campaign planning.
Maintain HopeQure's reputation and brand in the market.
Qualifications:
BE, MBA, or equivalent Master’s degree with relevant experience.
At least 5 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal-oriented.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Willingness to address conflict directly.
Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Ability to identify, develop, and manage networking opportunities with potential business partners.
Business experience within healthcare or EAP is preferred.
