This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Partnership Manager, with a focus on Universities & Colleges. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with universities and colleges, achieving admission targets and building strong relationships with university/college Officials.
Soft skills / Personality Traits
Proven track record in revenue generation, developing and managing partnerships with universities and colleges
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Strong understanding of the education sector in India,
Role and Responsibility
A graduate from any stream; an MBA/PGDBM is preferable but not mandatory
Total 2-5 years of B2B selling experience and experience of university partnership.
Minimum 2 years of university partnership experience esp. setting up from scratch would be ideal.
Should be willing to travel as and when required.
B2B/Concept selling
University contacts across ncr
Team work and collaboration – Should be able to work with other team members.
Problem Solving Skills- Should be able to identify roadblocks and find ways to navigate them.
Able to fix meetings with top officials of universities , presenting them program offerings and onboarding colleges for dual degrees.
