Job Title: Business Development Specialist/Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of a Sales Representative is to make outbound calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Location:
Gurgaon: Sector 48 (3 Openings - She Preferred)
Noida: Sector 142 (3 openings - She preferred)
Panchkula: (Preferred fresher she candidate)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher to 2 years. Preferable experience in real estate will be beneficial.
Working Days: 6 days a week
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch our products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our offerings.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up on them regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Keep updated records of calls, appointments, and sales.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to persuade and convince customers.
Strong negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
