Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

 Manage day-to-day HR activities for the assigned zone, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.

 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

 Coordinate with the Corporate & Plant HR to implement HR initiatives and projects at the branch level.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

 Work with the recruitment team to identify and fulfill staffing needs for the zone.  Conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and support the selection process.  Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

 Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement activities and communication.

 Address employee grievances and provide counseling to resolve workplace issues.  Conduct regular feedback sessions and exit interviews to understand employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.
