Burson is looking for an Account Director / Senior Manager – Investor Relations for our Gurugram office with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing Investor Relations for mid- to large-sized listed companies across a diverse range of sectors. This role will focus on planning and execution of investor relations function for clients.
A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will help you navigate our terrain like a pro. Experience in managing IPOs would be an added advantage.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value
Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to promote understanding of the company’s business model and performance
Support in the preparation of earnings calls narratives and presentations to investors and analysts
Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
Develop and maintain corporate governance materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in line with guidance from the company secretarial department
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning.
Monitor and analyze stock performance and provide insights to senior management.
Prepare press releases, investor presentations, and other communications materials.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions with reference to capital markets.
Education -
Graduation / Post Graduation in Public Relations or Marketing Communication.
