Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance trust and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
- Address client queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Project Coordination
- Liaise with design, sales, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Share regular project updates with clients, ensuring clarity on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure documentation of client communications and project changes in CRM software.
Customer Experience & Feedback
- Track client satisfaction levels and proactively resolve issues.
- Conduct post-project feedback and surveys to measure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
- Implement strategies to improve client experience and retention.
CRM Tools & Reporting
- Manage and update client data in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools).
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on client status, queries, and project feedback.
- Track KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and client satisfaction.
Business Support
- Support the sales & BD team with client follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling interior solutions.
- Assist in client presentations, proposals, and documentation.
