**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and leads.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and outreach activities.
- Provide customer support and resolve queries through CRM platforms.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in reporting and presenting CRM metrics to management.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
