Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads in coordination with marketing.
  • Conduct product presentations and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and track KPIs.
  • Support training initiatives for junior sales staff.
  • Field sales to farmers, agri co-ops, corporates, and industries.
  • Drone demos, lead generation, and customer conversions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Skills and abilities

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
