Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive at OREL Properties & Consulting. The role is based in Guindy, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and closing deals. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure sales targets are met. Qualifications 2-3 years of Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent relationship-building skills and client management Proficiency in CRM and sales software Analytical skills for conducting market analysis and preparing sales reports Ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
