We are currently seeking a talented Email Marketer with experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years, to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Email Marketer at BigStep Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience segments.

  • Planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Marketing the Company's software products via emails, blogs, newsletters and social media.

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company`s website.

  • Craft compelling and relevant email content to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, including copywriting, design, and multimedia elements.

  • Utilize data analytics and segmentation techniques to target the right message to the right audience segments, ensuring personalized and relevant communication.

  • Monitor key email marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations.

  • Implement and manage email automation workflows, including drip campaigns, triggered emails, and personalized customer journeys, to nurture leads and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry regulations, and email deliverability standards to ensure compliance and maximize inbox placement.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the IT or technology industry.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email design best practices is a plus.
