What You'll Do:

Campaign Strategy and Development:

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop data-driven email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.

- Create compelling email and SMS content that resonates with target audiences and encourages engagement.

- Design and build visually appealing email templates using a drag-and-drop email marketing platform.

- Segment email lists and personalize messages to increase relevancy and click-through rates.

- Develop automated email workflows to nurture leads and engage customers throughout the buyer's journey.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

- Implement email and SMS marketing campaigns using a marketing automation platform.

- Manage and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.

- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement to optimize future campaigns.

- Conduct A/B testing to refine email subject lines, content, and design elements.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest email and SMS marketing trends and best practices.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate reports and presentations that clearly communicate campaign performance and impact on marketing goals.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Work with other marketing team members to ensure all channels are working together effectively.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices.

- Experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo).

- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging email and SMS content.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing data.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A creative mindset and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
