What You'll Do:

Prospect Generation and Lead Management:

- Identify potential students by researching industry trends and understanding student needs related to upskilling and career development.

- Develop a strong pool of qualified prospects based on their area of interest and educational background.

- Conduct outreach activities (phone calls, video conferencing) to provide personalized program information and address student questions.

- Utilize a CRM system to effectively manage and nurture leads throughout the enrollment process.

Team Leadership and Coaching:

- Provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.

- Delegate tasks and set clear deadlines, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Motivate and coach team members, helping them achieve their individual and team targets.

- Foster an open communication culture where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and concerns.

Enrollment Strategy and Goal Setting:

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to achieve set goals.

- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze enrollment data and market trends to refine strategies and maximize student recruitment efforts.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- Up to 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field.

- A bachelor or masters degree in any discipline (preferred).

- Proven track record of exceeding enrollment targets and contributing to team success.

- Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and current student needs.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.

- Strong active listening skills and the ability to identify student career aspirations and match them to suitable programs.

- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and delegate tasks effectively.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to set clear goals and track progress.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
