What You'll Do?

Customer Success Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued success with our products or services.

- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to maximize their value proposition.

- Onboard new customers, provide training, and answer their questions.

- Track customer health metrics and proactively address any potential issues.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer accounts and drive revenue growth.

- Become a champion for the customer voice within the organization.

Sales Team Leadership:

- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Sales Representatives, helping them develop their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management techniques.

- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment where team members feel empowered to succeed.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help Sales Representatives continuously improve.

- Identify and address any performance issues within the team.

- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.

- Collaborate with the sales director to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- 3-5 years of experience in customer success management or a related role.

- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).

- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals and building strong client relationships.

- Strong understanding of your target market and the value proposition of your products or services.

- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with both customers and team members.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer challenges.
