We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and scale our partnership program. With established collaborations already in place with top-tier sales training firms and leading cloud providers, this role is focused on expanding existing relationships while forging new, high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate will drive mutual success—ensuring that both our business and our partners grow together.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end Partnerships Program as a strategic revenue driver.
- Work directly with leadership to expand and strengthen partnerships across GTM, ISV, channel, customer, and influencer/evangelist categories.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including pipeline creation, pursuit support, partner operations, partner marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Develop co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results for both parties.
What Really Matters
- 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, or in client-facing roles across Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Proven ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.
- High levels of initiative, determination, and structured execution.
- Flexibility to work late hours (if based in India) to align with US-based partners and customers.
- Experience in quota-carrying roles (Sales or Customer Success).
- Demonstrated success in organizing partner events for co-selling, co-marketing, and joint initiatives.
- The organizations you have worked at previously (relevant experience is valued).
