Executive Assistant to CEO

Experience – 3 to 6 years
Qualification – Rank holder Chartered Accountant
Job Purpose-
Enabling informed decision making, collaboration and sharing of information between various stakeholders and CEO s Office and CEO Office in appropriate form through various channels like MIS, internal newsletter and business website.
Key Result Areas-
1. Assisting CEO in meeting the requirements of the Chairman s office and also presenting the business information and proposals in a suitable manner to meet the business and Group standards and objectives.
Assist CEO in preparation of Budget and business strategy and submission of the same to BRC cell and Chairman s review. Ensuring timely submission of periodic review reports on business performance against budget of both domestic and textile business to the BRC Cell, and Chairman s office.\ Coordination with the BRC cell/ Chairman s office for any data/ details required.
2. To facilitate informed decision making at the Business HO and Chairman s Office through standardization and simplification of reports and also suitable required analyses.
Standardization of MIS s across all the Units for improvement and simplicity in the reporting structure. Consolidation of results of different units of textile Business on a monthly/ quarterly basis, for CEO s and Chairman s review. Analysis of the operational/ financial/ marketing performance against budget/ targets of each unit through standardized reports and highlighting the areas of improvement to assist CEO in decision making. Providing the required business information to internal concerned functions at Group or Business level for informed decision
making.
3. Assisting CEO and BRC in informed decision making related to new Capex proposals, projects, mergers and acquisitions and tracking performance of approved projects.
Review of new capex proposals and projects and coordination with the chairman office and BRC cell. Assisting business in any new project/ merger and acquisition. Tracking the performance of new projects on a periodic basis and keep CEO updated on the same
4. Manage, edit and ensure timely and quality publication of internal quarterly communication newsletter to ensure the engagement of employees with business.
Collating information from different units on the current and relevant events. Editing and providing to technical team Guiding technical team about the requirements and aesthetics Timely preparing and releasing the business quarterly newsletter Fusion, in coordination with the team of local correspondents. Drive reader engagement initiatives like quiz competitions etc. Coordinating with various leaders of the business for their messages and updates.
5. Drive external branding and business visibility through an updated and engaging business website and acting as a bridge between the corporate communication department and businesses for meeting the requirements of the same.
Assist business in branding/advertising/ promotional activities in coordination with the corporate communication team. Keeping the website of the business updated, in coordination with the team of local correspondents and marketing teams, in order to ensure lead generation and brand building. Take care of periodic requirements of corporate communication team related to the textile business.
