Overview: TheFranchise Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing themarketing activities for wellness nail spa hair aesthetics and gymfranchises. This role is essential in driving brand awarenesscustomer engagement and increasing sales for each franchiselocation.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executecomprehensive marketing strategies to drive franchise growth andexpansion
  • Collaborate with franchise owners tocreate and implement local marketingplans
  • Conduct market research and analysis toidentify new opportunities and consumertrends
  • Manage and optimize digital marketinginitiatives including social media email campaigns and websitecontent
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIsROI and campaign performance
  • Provide marketingsupport and resources to franchisees ensuring brand consistency andcompliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams andexternal agencies to develop marketing materials and promotionalassets
  • Organize and oversee franchise eventspromotions and grassroots marketingefforts
  • Lead the development of franchisetraining programs related to marketing andbranding
  • Establish and maintain strongrelationships with industry partners andvendors
  • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices to continuously enhance marketingstrategies
  • Contribute to the overalldevelopment and positioning of the franchisebrand
  • Participate in the budget planning andmanagement process for marketinginitiatives
  • Support the recruitment andonboarding of new franchisees by presenting marketingopportunities
  • Ensure compliance with brandguidelines and marketing standards across all franchiselocations

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in marketing preferablywithin the wellness beauty or fitnessindustry
  • Demonstrated success in developing andimplementing marketing strategies for multiple locations orfranchises
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing tools analytics and CRMsystems
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively liaise with franchisees andinternal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze marketdata and consumer behavior to drive targeted marketinginitiatives
  • Experience in brand developmentmarket positioning and productmarketing
  • Proficiency in project management andmultitasking to handle various marketing projectssimultaneously
  • Knowledge of franchiseoperations and the ability to align marketing strategies withfranchisee needs
  • Proactive and innovativemindset to develop creative marketing campaigns andpromotions
  • Capability to travel as needed toprovide onsite marketing support and attend franchiserelatedevents
  • Understanding of local marketingregulations and consumer trends in the wellness and beautyindustry
  • Track record of managing marketingbudgets and delivering results within financialconstraints
  • Ability to work independently aswell as part of a collaborative teamenvironment
  • Certification in franchisemanagement or relevant marketing certifications is aplus
