What is this role about? Setting goals : Identifying sales goals and setting targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts Creating plans : Developing sales plans and monthly forecasting reports to track progress Building the team : Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople Providing guidance : Training and mentoring sales representatives, and providing on-the-ground support Motivating the team : Coaching and developing the sales force to ensure high professional standards are met Analyzing data : Using sales data to make important decisions Managing accounts : Assigning sales territories and generating leads to divide among sales representatives Running reports : Completing sales reports and other administrative work What will make you fit for the role Leadership Skills : Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members to achieve their goals. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and expectations. Sales Techniques : Proficiency in various sales techniques and strategies. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
