With 10 years of experience in the ITES sector, the ideal candidate will lead a team of analysts and specialists to drive qualified leads across international markets. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on expertise with lead generation tools, and a strong understanding of global market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the lead generation team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement scalable lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo for lead sourcing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns across digital channels.
  • Monitor and optimize lead funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates).
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and manage enrichment processes (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
