Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Team Lead to spearhead our global lead generation initiatives. With 10 years of experience in the ITES sector, the ideal candidate will lead a team of analysts and specialists to drive qualified leads across international markets. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on expertise with lead generation tools, and a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the lead generation team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement scalable lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo for lead sourcing.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor and optimize lead funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates).
- Ensure CRM data integrity and manage enrichment processes (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with customized lead lists and engagement plans.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in lead generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within ITES/BPO.
- Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of global data compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Exposure to RPA, cloud services, or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience in handling a team of Lead Gen and Research Analysts.
