About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to support our marketing and sales teams in driving demand and building a strong sales pipeline. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about marketing, lead generation, and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: ● Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, partnerships, and other channels. ● Assist in creating and managing email/drip campaigns to engage potential prospects. ● Execute marketing activities on time to ensure campaigns run smoothly. ● Maintain accurate lead records and track campaign performance in CRM systems. ● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and engagement strategies. ● Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness. Core KPIs: ● Leads Generated: Number of leads generated from campaigns and partners. ● Campaign Engagement: Open rates, click-through rates, and responses from email/drip campaigns. ● Timely Execution: Completion of marketing activities within set deadlines. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ● 0–2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales support. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. ● Basic knowledge of email marketing tools, CRM, and lead management systems. ● Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. ● Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
