Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to identify, develop, and execute strategic opportunities to expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to Ardent Co.'s growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.- Maintain client relationship until the conversion. Active in follow up process.- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, research, and outreach.- Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn to expand professional connections and brand visibility.- Develop tailored pitches and proposals that align with client needs and Ardent Co.’s service offerings.- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with Ardent Co.’s business objectives.- Present weekly and monthly reports on new business activities, including conversion rates and revenue growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of new leads generated per month.- Conversion rate of leads to clients.- Revenue contribution from newly acquired clients.

Qualifications & Skillset:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably PR industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing from a renowned college/university
