At Pet Set Go, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality products to pet parents. As a customer service associate, you will play a key role in assisting our customers with their queries and ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience with us.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and general questions
  • Help resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Track and follow up on orders, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Support the team in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of customer service tools is a plus
  • Interest in the pet industry or previous experience is a bonus
