
Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers through various channels (social media, industry reports, etc.).
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through email, phone, and social media outreach.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and prioritize follow-up activities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Continuously update and refine lead generation strategies based on performance data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
