Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the software/IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various online channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Follow up on leads and conduct market/competitor research as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a software or IT company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to understand and present technical software solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead gen tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products or IT services.
- Knowledge of sales funnel and digital marketing strategies.
