**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and generating leads through research and outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Handle initial client queries and provide basic product/service information.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not required).
