Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to research and connect with prospects through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and outbound calling.
  • Maintain and update lead databases.
  • Understand customer needs and share relevant information with the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects as required.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to support sales goals.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls and online communication.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and customer outreach.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

  • Any degree (Bachelor's or Diploma).
  • Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or tele-calling is an advantage but not required.
