We're Hiring: Lead Generation Executive (Freshers Welcome)


Location:
Trivandrum, Kerala

We're looking for someone who's curious, consistent, and ready to dive into client outreach. If you enjoy researching, talking to people, and making connections, this role could be a good fit.


Role Overview:

You'll help identify potential clients and reach out through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calls — passing qualified leads to our Business Development team.


What You'll Do:

  • Research companies and the decision-makers
  • Start conversations across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp & phone
  • Build initial interest and gather responses
  • Share qualified leads with the BD team


Compensation Options:

  1. Fixed Salary
    – full-time role
  2. Commission-Based
    – flexible, target-driven option


What We're Looking For:

  • Good english communication skills (written + spoken)
  • Interest in marketing, sales, or business
  • Freshers or recent grads from any background also can be applied
