About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our team in the EdTech & Study Abroad sector. The role involves on-ground student engagement, lead generation, brand promotion, and event participation to drive student enrollments for our education services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to colleges, coaching centers, and student communities to generate leads.
  • Promote company's services through seminars, workshops, and events.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in assigned territory.
  • Distribute marketing materials (pamphlets, posters, digital sign-ups) and explain offerings.
  • Work closely with counselling team to convert leads into student enrollments.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of field activities, leads generated, and follow-ups.
  • Support in organizing education fairs, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in field marketing / education promotion / sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
