We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our hospital's marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our hospital's services, enhance brand awareness, and increase patient engagement. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of healthcare marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns for hospital services and specialties.
  • Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Organize and promote health camps, community outreach programs, and hospital events.
  • Collaborate with local media, advertising agencies, and vendors for promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the development of patient engagement and referral programs.

Skills

  • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or hospital industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
