Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telesales Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Telesales Executive will handle key responsibilities such as generating leads, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and closing sales over the phone. The role also involves maintaining existing customer relationships, pitching the company's services, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and the ability to identify potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales, including converting leads into customers and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, goal-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Prior experience in the digital marketing industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
