A telesales executive is responsible for persuading customers to purchase a company’s products and services through inbound and outbound telephone calls. They should be able to accurately record customer purchase orders and process purchases accordingly. The job also involves generating leads for the outside sales team to pursue. Other responsibilities include resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, a telesales executive should be persuasive, able to work in a high-pressure environment, and have exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. The job may also involve setting sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and updating customer databases.
- Experience as a telemarketing executive within the industry.
- Considerable experience as a telemarketer prior to your promotion.
- Knowledge of all pertinent consumer rights and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
