Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Executive, will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, generating leads, and closing sales deals. Additionally, responsibilities include managing customer queries and complaints, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Proficiency in Customer Support
  • Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the marketing or digital solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
