Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Trivandrum. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service and support. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, closing sales, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong abilities in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining customer records
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in telesales 1 year or a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
