Location: Near Nanthencode, Trivandrum

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office cum Telesales Executive to manage front desk operations while actively contributing to lead generation and telesales. This role involves handling client interactions at the office, managing calls, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving telesales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front-office operations.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and office communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.

Telesales & Business Development

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Follow up on incoming leads, customer inquiries, and references.
  • Explain products/services, features, and benefits to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
  • Achieve monthly telesales targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Front Office / Receptionist / Telesales / Customer Service/Coordinator/Documentation roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle work pressure effectively.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
