Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a General Manager with a focus on academic affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Development:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
· Identify business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.
· Make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall performance and competitiveness of the organization.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational performance.
· Work with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
· Analyse financial data and implement strategies to achieve cost-effectiveness and profitability.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff to achieve organizational objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders.
· Implement measures to safeguard the organization's assets and reputation.
· Prepare and present reports on the organization's performance, goals, and initiatives.
· Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior management role, demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
