Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AIOps
Location: Trivandrum, Kochi
Experience Range: 8-14 Years

10+ years in Artificial Intelligence with strong focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Senior ML Engineer to lead the AIOps team within our Intelligent Automation division. You will play a critical role in driving research, building intelligent systems for IT operations, and leading a high-performing team in developing next-generation AIOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead AIOps Research: Drive R&D efforts in predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, incident correlation, and root cause analysis.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end execution of AI projects aligning with business and client needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Offer deep expertise in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI to shape scalable AI solutions.
  • Innovation in AI: Implement LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI to automate IT operations intelligently.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Define AIOps strategy, roadmap, and innovation milestones.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, including Deep Learning and NLP.

  • Strong hands-on experience with AIOps use cases:

  • Predictive maintenance

  • Anomaly detection
  • Incident correlation
  • Root cause analysis
  • Expertise in ML frameworks and libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Experience with Generative AI, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Transformers)
  • Proven technical leadership and experience managing AI/ML teams
  • Proficiency in cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, MLflow)
  • Knowledge of agentic AI architectures and advanced automation frameworks
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced R&D environments
  • Contribution to AI research papers, patents, or open-source projects
