
Executive - Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients, referral sources, and partners to inform them about our services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer patient queries, and provide accurate information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our internal systems (CRM).
- Maintain call logs, databases, and update patient/lead records regularly via CRM.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and referrals to convert them into appointments.
- Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure seamless patient service.
- Share feedback from patients and callers with management for service improvement.
- Submiit report on daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare front-office roles preferred (1–2 years).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/appointment software).
- Pleasant voice, good telephone etiquette, and ability to handle patient interactions empathetically.
