Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Department: Field Monetization Team Experience Required: 6 months 3 years in Field Sales Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-ground visits to prospective customers within your assigned territory
  • Pitch NoBrokers services to homeowners, landlords, and small property partners
  • Drive monthly targets for monetization and service activations
  • Educate clients on product features, USPs, and benefits
  • Convert leads into successful closures with a strong conversion ratio
  • Build lasting relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Share market insights and feedback to enhance offerings

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 4 years in field sales (FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, Insurance, Ed-Tech, etc.)
  • Education: Bachelors degree (mandatory)
  • Languages: Fluent in English and the local language
  • Location: Must reside within 1015 km of the assigned work area
  • Mobility: Two-wheeler is a must
