JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role:
As an L&D Manager is responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning
programs, and ensuring employees develop the skills needed to perform and grow. They
align learning strategies with business goals, manage training budgets, evaluate program
effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
What You'll Own:
- Skills Gap Identification
- Analyze performance data and business needs to pinpoint learning priorities across teams.
- Learning Program Design: Develop structured and engaging learning solutions using blended formats and adult learning principles.
- Training Delivery Management: Coordinate end-to-end learning rollouts, manage schedules, platforms (like LMS), and vendor partnerships.
- Effectiveness Measurement Track training impact using feedback, assessments, and key learning metrics to improve outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with leaders, HR, and SMEs to ensure learning initiatives support strategic goals.
- Employee Development Initiatives
- Lead programs like onboarding, leadership development, and career pathing to upskill talent.
- Culture of Learning Foster continuous learning through campaigns, recognition, and access to digital learning tools.
