Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - OTX

Head Quarter: Bangalaore

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead our sales efforts in the OTC and FMCG sectors. The TSM will oversee sales operations and develop strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth in the

assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the assigned area.

Monitor sales performance and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.

Adjust sales tactics and strategies based on market feedback and data analysis.

Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet performance

expectations.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer preferences, market trends, and

competitive activities.

Promotional Activities and Brand Building

Ensure effective merchandising and product placement in retail outlets.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the OTC and/or FMCG sectors.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.

Strong understanding of the OTC and FMCG markets, including distribution channels and key players.
