**_Job Responsibility: _**
- Manage day to day operation of last mile deliveries as per assigned trip.
- Manage all delivery KPIs (NPS, Adherence & Delivery Quality).
- Execute the deliveries as per company SOP.
- Handling consultative selling programme. To keep the follow up with customer where team has generated new home leads/ Product leads to convert them.
- To Manage catalogue distribution programme
- Handling the CXO level customer escalation deliveries with extra care & outstanding manner.
- Handing team of FE, FP & Driver.
- E-way bill generation.
- Step up during the opportunity in warehouse for quality cheque.
- Handling after sales cases & resolve them with right way.
- Handling the deliveries.
