Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager with prior experience in IT / Cloud solutions sales. The role involves lead generation, prospect qualification, nurturing, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team. The candidate should be target-driven, skilled in handling B2B clients, and capable of articulating cloud analytics solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales : Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and campaigns.

Identify and engage decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Engineering Managers) in target accounts.

Understand client requirements and map them with Cloud Analytics solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

Work closely with the field sales team to hand over qualified opportunities.

Manage the lead funnel in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.

Schedule demos, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and discovery calls for the sales team.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs on leads, pipeline contribution, and meetings booked.

Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and cloud technology advancements.

Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, webinars, and lead nurturing initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, IT, or related field).

2+ years of inside sales experience in IT / SaaS / Cloud Analytics solutions.

Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and prospect nurturing.

Strong knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and analytics platforms.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in simple business terms.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
