Inside Sales Manager
to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Handle and follow up on inbound leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Connect with prospects and close orders independently
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with field sales for order execution
- Maintain client records, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
- Support the team with proposals, presentations, and order processing
- Work closely with dispatch and production teams to ensure timely deliveries
Who Should Apply
- Candidates with a minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong in follow-ups, coordination, and confident in client handling
- Proficient in Excel, email handling, and CRM tools
- B2B or industrial sales experience preferred
Role Details
- Work timing: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Work from our Sector 21, Gurugram office
- Salary: As per industry standards + performance-linked incentives
