More than years of experience, we value adaptability, proven success in B2B inside sales, and the ability to leverage new-age GTM tools to drive measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify high-potential target companies and craft go-to-market strategies.- Build and manage prospect databases, identifying key decision-makers within target organizations.- Drive outbound sales initiatives and lead generation activities across US and Indian markets.- Configure, integrate, and optimize workflows across GTM tools (Clay, Lemlist, Wati, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).- Track and monitor funnel progression, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable GTM workflows and enhance sales operations efficiency.Required Skills & Qualification:- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Wati, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.- Proven success in B2B inside sales, especially in the US market (India exposure is a plus).- 2-7 years of relevant experience (adaptability and results-driven mindset valued over exact years).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on funnel metrics and performance.- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and build scalable solutions.
