Client Relationship Manager
Location: Preferably Pune/Mumbai India (Remote work possible)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and take ownership of building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, built on trust and mutual respect.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of projects.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients, working closely with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Monitor key account metrics, such as client retention rates and satisfaction scores, and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management on client engagement and satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment within the IT or data analytics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other tools for managing client relationships is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, as needed.
