Role Overview A non-customer-facing , back-office position that supports the end-to-end sales cycle through data management, reporting, coordination, and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Data & Process ManagementCapture, organize, and maintain customer and sales opportunity data.Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and legal standards.Manage documentation, reporting, and audit support.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop standard and ad-hoc reports on sales KPIs , productivity , and goal attainment .Compile and analyze data to support decision-making for internal teams.Coordination & CommunicationInterface with internal stakeholders, partners, and occasionally customers to resolve sales-cycle issues.Support operational teams with updates and escalations.Process OptimizationProvide expertise to simplify and standardize customer and sales data use.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Experience & QualificationEducation: Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent work experience.Experience: 4–6 years in sales support, customer service, or operations .Skills Required:Strong data organization and analytical abilitiesExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM)Proficiency in Excel / reporting toolsKnowledge of sales cycle processes and documentationAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyStrong communication and coordination skills
