Digital Account Manager

Our Digital Media Strategist will own the overall digital initiatives across our portfolio of businesses. You will be responsible for community, influencer, and reputation management from strategy and planning, to implementation and analysis.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute engagement and lead driven social media strategies
Provide strategic planning, support and recommendations to include social media as an important element of marketing programs
Collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to ensure the branding/voice of all our social media outlets are cohesive with other channels and initiatives
Develop best in class social experiences with the help of cross-functional teams
Create programs that leverage earned, owned and paid media
Leverage social media analytics to optimize campaigns and provide clear recommendations on how to further grow engagement and increase leads via social media
Develop and manage vendor relationships to grow social reach, engagement and conversion
Constantly keep up with the industry and social media trends
Educate team around the implementation of new social media tactics and technologies
Document and streamline social media workflows and guidelines
Manage social media deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Required Skill:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, management or related field
A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience.

Scope of Account Manager:
·         Build long-term relationships with clients
·         Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
·         Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
·         Always work towards those goals
·         Optimize web content in order to improve SEO
·         Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns
·         Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
·         Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
·         Prepare and present reports on their progress
·         Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
·         Deliver and discuss reporting when part of the engagement
·         Proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics
·         Analyze marketing programs regularly and prepare finding to client contracts
·         Advise best practice online marketing strategies to drive conversion rate
·         Creative campaigns ideation and implementation
