We are looking for aspiring Bid Manager to join our passionate team for developing high quality winning proposals for existing & potential customers. Develop bid-winning strategies and collaborate with other team members to ensure bid security.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as Bid Manager from IT Infra industry.
  • Identify business opportunities that align with Arche Business Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies for winning bids
  • Establish and enforce tendering framework with guidelines to track key tender bid processes, milestones, and deliverables from the bid team.
  • Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
  • Understanding of commercial aspects of bidding including risk management
  • Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with market trends .
  • Committed to excellence with adherence to deadlines.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements for bid management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
